A publishing encounter between the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa and Europe.
Les Éditions NGE will present its publishing programme at the 29th International Book Fair in Krakow. The aim is to introduce Polish and international readers to contemporary African literature, books addressing the continent’s social and cultural realities, and authors connected with Francophone Africa.
Tomasz Sadlik is a Polish writer and literary translator based in Krakow. The author of several works previously published in Poland, he publishes Ytziano Lavinqui: La mission du futur with Les Éditions NGE, his first novel written directly in French. His earlier publications include the science-fiction story Księga końca świata. John Falimpsest (The Book of the End of the World), which won a literary competition organised by Koobe and the Poema website before being published in Poland, as well as the novel Misueños. Karaibska miłość (Misueños. Caribbean Love).
This selection will be expanded as additional titles are confirmed for the Fair.
